What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer two paths for your dark treasures to reach you:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 days after dispatch
- Free Shipping – For orders over $50, via EMS, delivered in 15-25 days after dispatch
How long does order processing take?
Our coven requires 1-2 business days to carefully prepare, bless, and package your items with the dark elegance they deserve before dispatch.
Do you ship worldwide?
We serve the global dark community, casting our shipping spells to most corners of the world. However, certain remote locations in Asia and other select areas may fall outside our delivery realm. Our system will alert you during checkout if your location cannot be served.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our haunted warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. This mystical sigil will allow you to follow your package’s journey through the shipping dimensions.
Note on Delivery Times: All delivery times are estimates. Occasionally, packages may be delayed by customs inspections, weather phenomena, or unexpected supernatural interference. We appreciate your understanding should such rare occurrences manifest.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
The dark arts allow for 15-day returns from the date of receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. Please contact our support coven at [email protected] to initiate a return.
What if my items arrive damaged?
Should any items have been damaged in their journey through the shipping ether, please contact our support coven immediately at [email protected] with details and photographs of the damage. We will swiftly arrange a replacement or refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
For items damaged in transit or incorrect shipments, we will cover return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
