Order Processing
Once you’ve summoned your desired items from our haunted marketplace, our coven works diligently to prepare your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your package begins its journey to your domain.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two dark paths for your parcels to travel:
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx
- Cost: $12.95
- Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping: Via EMS (for orders over $50)
- Cost: Free
- Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipping

Returns & Exchanges Policy
While we hope every item from our collection brings you eternal dark joy, we understand that sometimes a treasure might not meet your expectations. Our returns and exchanges policy allows you to return items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn and unused
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our dark merchandise, certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Hair Accessories (once removed from original packaging)
- Enamel Pins & Buttons (if removed from backing)
- Compact Mirrors (if seal is broken)
- Any item from our “Elvira’s Dead Stock” collection (as these are rare, vintage finds)
- All sale items from our “Accessories Sale” section (these are final sale)
The Ritual of Returning an Item
Step 1: Summon Our Support Coven
Before sending anything back, you must contact our support coven at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Our dark assistants will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number.
Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Place the item(s) securely in their original packaging, include all tags and labels, and pack them in a shipping box. Include a copy of your original order confirmation or a note with your order number and Return Authorization Number.
Step 3: Send It Back to Our Crypt

🦇 Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
The Resurrection of Your Funds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you of its arrival. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days after we process them, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
- PayPal: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account immediately upon processing.
🦇 Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and for exchanges, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Exchange Rituals
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return process outlined above. In your email to our support coven, clearly state what you would like to exchange your item for.
If the exchange item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund you the difference once the exchange is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a return and cover the shipping costs ourselves. Please include photographs of the damaged item or the incorrect product you received.
